Mercury orbit, 2188. An underfunded, overworked research team aboard a United Mining and Development observation facility, stretched to their limits and so close to a breakthrough they can taste it. One terrible mishap precipitates the end of the crew, the station, and their precious research. Some may survive, but not without great sacrifice. As Toffet Station breaks apart, the rest find only ruin, delirium, and the burning cold of the void.
